Our space has everything you need! Enjoying beautiful sunrises over the pond to golfing. Sleeping endlessly in our super comfy king size beds, enjoying free high speed WIFI, playing indoor pool or just relaxing on the front porch. Our golf course is a 3 green , 18 hole course that is family owned. It is maintained by family and friends. It’s available for our family, friends and airbnb guests to enjoy at their leisure. It’s used recreationally. There are no green fees. The space ABOUT OUR SPACE Parking anywhere on side of home where driveway circles under tree area or on sides of sidewalk near side door. Parking signs show area permitted for parking. Non-covered parking Keypad to enter is on front door of porch farthest to left. Code will be given 24-48 hours before check-in All doors have deadbolts Driveway is gravel Home is located next to #1 tee box The property (golf course) is shared with 3 other family homes Being our home is on the course , you may see a few people cutting the fairways and greens and maybe even playing golf depending on the time of year. Hot tub on property , instructions/rules located in home manual. $200 extra fee for misuse or extra cleaning. Please note that our property is located in a rural country setting. Depending on the season, you may occasionally see ladybugs, June bugs , and other native insects around the property. While we regularly maintain the home and grounds, these seasonal insects are a normal part of country living.
