The space Built in 2023, 'Coola East' is a large brick home. During your stay, you have the entire house to yourself, with access to two guest bedrooms. The garage and two other bedrooms are private and locked. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other guest bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has bedside drawers, lamp, ceiling fan, built-in robes. The separate bathroom features a shower, bath, large mirror and vanity. There is also shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer for your convenience. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The laundry features a washing machine and detergent, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. There is also a clothesline at the rear of the house. The full-size kitchen with an espresso coffee machine opens onto a large open-plan living area, with views and access to the alfreso, complete with an outdoor setting and a large grassed backyard. Relax in the three living areas, which include a smart tv, small shelved library, large window seat, and a gas log fire. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and breakfast is provided. This property is not fully fenced and is not suitable for children or pets. Guest access Guests have access to two guest bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, laundry, kitchen, three living areas, alfresco, and backyard. Other things to note For lunch or dinner out, I recommend the Holbrook Hotel. The Ten Mile for breakfast or lunch is also recommended.
