Villa by the Beach (Upstairs Unit 1B)

Relax in Moore Park Beach in this peaceful villa apartment only one block from the beach. Take a dip in the ocean, hang out by the outdoor pool, or spot some of our local kangaroos. You're within walking distance of the local cafe and a short 3km trip to the grocery store and bottle shop. For a night out, you can go into the cute little town of Bargara, only 30 minutes away. Bring your work, commute into Bundaberg, walk along the beach, or just spend some much needed time unwinding. Welcome! The space My villa is split into two separate apartments. I used to live in this upstairs unit, but have recently started renting it out via Airbnb as well. The two units share a door to the outside, an entrance hall, and access to the washing machine in the garage, but they have separate locking front doors. This unit is the upstairs unit and it is set up with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and back balcony. Because the two units used to be one apartment, some sound can travel between the two units, so be aware that you may hear some sound from the downstairs unit if it is occupied during your stay. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about this. This property is not highly suitable for children, as there are stairs and balcony. Additionally, this unit is upstairs and the sound of children running and playing upstairs can be heard downstairs. Guest access Please feel free to arrive anytime after 3pm. You will find the keys on the table in the shared entrance hallway. Please make yourself at home in the entire upstairs apartment, entrance hall, and the garage laundry facilities. Garage access is inside the entrance hallway after you enter the apartment. Other things to note Please make sure that you do not flush any wet wipes down the toilet, even if they say they are flushable. We have recently had to replace our septic pump due to this issue.
