The space Experience comfortable living in this inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bath suite. This downstairs ground-level suite features a private entrance and dedicated parking in the driveway. This fully furnished space includes a complete kitchen equipped with modern appliances. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a vanity mirror, while the second bedroom features a double/full-size bed and a workspace. The spacious living room includes a pull-out couch and TV, and the dining table accommodates up to four people, ensuring a delightful stay for all guests. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire ground-level suite, including a dedicated parking space in the driveway. The main house on the upper floor is locked and off-limits. Other things to note * This suite has a private entrance; the front gate is shared with the basement unit. * Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM – please be respectful of guests below. * No parties allowed — $600 fine and potential Airbnb removal for violations. * No unregistered visitors unless pre-approved. No overnight guests not on the reservation. * White towels and linens are provided for guest use only. Please do not use them for makeup removal, cleaning shoes, pets, spills, or any activity that may cause permanent stains. Any stained or damaged item will result in a replacement fee charged to the guest. * No smoking inside — $500 fee for any trace of indoor smoking or odors.
