The space The house features three comfortable bedrooms: -Master Bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and TV for ultimate relaxation. -Second Bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own TV. -Third Bedroom with two full-size beds, perfect for families or groups. With 2.5 bathrooms, including an exterior shower perfect for rinsing off after a beach day, the house is designed for convenience and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals, while the open-concept living space invites you to relax and unwind. Step outside to enjoy the stunning private pool, perfect for cooling off under the sun, or gather with loved ones on the terrace, which features a BBQ grill and outdoor cooking space—ideal for a sunset dinner or evening cookout. Guest access Casa Vista Verde is located in a gated community with 24/7 private access control, security, amenities and common areas. This is a great neighborhood to take an evening sunset walk or an early morning run. It's slightly hilly, so be ready in your most comfortable shoes or sandals. Guest must provide identification to enter the condominium. Other things to note *IMPORTANT* Please note that due to the area's unpaved roads, we recommend renting a 4x4 or 4x2 vehicle for ease of access. Any type of car can arrive but the rainy season can considerably affect the public roads so a 4x4 is recommended between the months of July to October. Local Amenities: There are only two modest grocery stores in town, so we recommend stocking up on essentials from Santa Cruz, Tamarindo, or Nosara. Additionally, there are no gas stations in town, so it's best to fill up your tank in Santa Cruz, 27 de Abril, Tamarindo, or Nosara before heading in. Local Dining & Beach Vibes: The town offers a couple of Sodas (traditional Costa Rican eateries), and for a beachside meal or Happy Hour, be sure to check out the Tiki Hut, a laid-back restaurant right by the water. Airports: Liberia International Airport (Daniel Oduber) is located about 2 hours by car from the property and Juan Santamaria Airport ( SJO ) is about 5 hours by car.
