Book your next holiday in our cosy semi detached house in the beautiful village of Lamlash, Arran. The house is only a 10 minute walk from a good selection of pubs, restaurants and a Co-op in Lamlash, as well as the beach with gorgeous views of Holy Isle. There is a bus stop only 5 mins from the house but if you have a car there is parking available in Glencraig Place. The space Get away from a hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax in our cosy home. It is fitted with all the amenities to make your stay a stress-free holiday. These include living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate ensuite shower room and a private garden. The house includes: * Backdoor garden; with outdoor lounge seats, dining furniture and fire pit. * Bathroom on ground floor; with over bath shower * Kitchen well equipped with oven/hob, crockery, cooking utensils and pot/pans, fridge and washing machine * Living Room; with a 3 & 2 seater sofas, TV with access to streaming services and Blu-ray player. * Bedroom on ground floor; with comfortable double bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe and drawers * Bedroom upstairs; with comfortable Kingsize bed, beside table, TV, wardrobe, dressing table and drawers, new ensuite shower room * Please ask if you wish travel cot/temporary bed made up for a child * Other benefits WiFi, adequate on-street parking in Glencraig place (note the parking outside is not owned by the host) and a ramp up to front door. It is a great place to stay with lots of sights to see nearby such as Holy Isle, Brodick Castle, Goatfell, King’s Cave, Glenashdale Falls; to mention a few. You may even spot some wildlife on your ventures such as red deer when climbing hills like Goatfell, golden eagles in Lochranza, red squirrels when walking through forests like Glenashdale Wood, or seals and puffins at the coast in Kildonan. Enjoy the food and drink selections at local cafes: The Old Pier Cafe and Made in Arran. Restaurants such as the Drift Inn, Glenisle Hotel, Lamlash Bay Hotel, Pierhead Tavern. There are plenty others in Brodick and beyond. If you want to eat at home, there is a local Co-op for your grocery needs and an Indian Garden takeaway (5 minutes walk from house). Most hotels and restaurants also do carryout meals. As well as walks, food and drink there are plenty of other activities nearby the house including; Lamlash Golf Club, Otter’s Trail for kayak hire, gift shops like Janelle’s or Arran Fine Foods; as well as activities in other parts of Arran such as Auchrannie Spa/Swimming pool, Lochranza Distillery, the Playbarn, pony trekking, bike hire and plenty more to be discovered on this beautiful island. Guest access Access is by Keysafe and no will be sent the evening before entry. Other things to note This is not a party house. It is a residential area and we ask that guests do not make excessive noise. No pets allowed. Please feel free to drop us a message if you have any questions.
