Take a break and unwind in our peaceful, echo friendly guest house just 70 metres from Stockton beach. Wake up to the sound of the rolling waves in your own private self contained one bedroom beach side flat. You can explore Stockton easily on foot, or bike with glorious tracks all over the island. Or go for a swim or fish just metres from your accomodation! With pubs, clubs and cafes on Stockton or Newcastle CBD a fun ferry ride away! The space Our newly renovated, beachside flat features a spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a comfortable queen-sized bed, and a large digital TV with streaming apps including ABC, SBS, and Amazon Prime Video for your enjoyment. Please note there is currently no free-to-air TV or Netflix available, however you are welcome to screen-share directly to the TV. The full bathroom is well-appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body moisturiser, a hairdryer, and a curling wand. Luxury-quality linen and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge, gas cooktop and oven, microwave, smeg toaster and kettle, along with tea and a smeg coffee machine available. A dedicated laundry area with washing machine is available, and we provide linen, towels, quality kitchenware, and basic cooking essentials. While there is no iron or ironing board on site, we can easily provide one upon request during your stay. The open-plan living space offers reverse-cycle air conditioning, a comfortable three-seater lounge, additional chairs, and a practical workspace - ideal for remote work or planning your next adventure. Outside, you’ll find two secure private courtyards, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, fishing, or 4WDing. The courtyards are also ideal for keeping your fur babies safe and secure. Guest access There is street parking available directly out the front of the property. Please do NOT park in garage driveway! Check yourself in with a key safe code located at your private entrance. Guests have access to the whole self contained private flat. Other things to note The sleepy beach suburb of Stockton is extremely dog-friendly - and so are we!
