Commitment to a Smoke-Free Environment To ensure the comfort of all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the apartment and in all communal areas. A $300 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the environment clean and pleasant for everyone. We are not responsible for fines or booting due to failure to register. ★ Check-In & Access Details ★ For your security and peace of mind, all bookings require the following before check-in: ✔ Identity Verification: A secure process via ChargeAutomation to confirm your details ✔ Security Deposit: A $150 hold placed on your card, released within 3 days after departure, provided there are no damages or losses ✔ Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 24 hours of booking to complete your reservation Once completed, you will receive a personalized portal with essential details, including parking instructions, apartment features, local recommendations, and the option to request early or late check-in. Please Note: Failure to complete these steps may result in booking cancellation. ★ Pool, Fitness Center & Lounges These are community amenities and may be unavailable due to weather or maintenance. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Check-In & Check-Out Policies Early Check-Ins: You may request early check-in within 2 days of your arrival, subject to availability. Early check-in is not guaranteed, and a $20/hour fee applies for any check-in before the standard time. No check-ins before 8 a.m. Late Check-Outs: Late check-outs are available upon request within 2 days of departure, subject to availability. A $20/hour fee will apply if you check out after the standard time. Late check-out is not permitted after 4 p.m. Late Check-Out Fee: A $125 fee will apply if you check out after 11 a.m. without prior approval, to allow ample time for cleaning before the next guest’s arrival.
