Discover your tranquil getaway in NEGA! Our cozy basement apartment is just a few miles from the breathtaking Victoria Bryant State Park and the scenic Lake Hartwell. Newly updated and fully furnished, it’s designed for your comfort and relaxation. Enjoy sunsets in the backyard, and explore our charming town with its delightful local shops and restaurants just a quick drive away. Whether for a weekend or an extended stay, this hidden gem is the perfect home base for your adventures! The space As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a spacious dining room, perfect for enjoying meals together or planning your adventures. LIVING ROOM: Our cozy living room invites you to unwind with a good book or enjoy quality time with loved ones. We have a smart TV in the living room too. The stairwell to our personal floor is located in the living room. We ask that you refrain from going upstairs. KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a freezer/fridge, microwave, and gas oven/stove. We supply cups, mugs, plates, bowls, and silverware. If you need any kitchen utensils, bakeware, or appliances while you’re here, please let us know. We’re happy to share whatever we have on our personal floor with you. BEDROOMS (3): 2/3 bedrooms have a dresser and closet for storage as well as a TV. Sheets will be freshly washed and sanitized for you to enjoy a peaceful night of rest! One of the bedrooms has a trundle twin bed, and a futon. It doesn’t have closet access. When the weather is nice, take advantage of our outdoor dining area, where you can savor your meals while soaking in the beautiful surroundings. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a home base for exploring the countryside, our retreat is the perfect choice. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance around at the back of the home. While we do live above and maintain our own space, you do have an outdoor area to enjoy the weather and relax outside. Other things to note We are located approximately 10 minutes to downtown Lavonia.
