Downtown “Troy House” Upstairs Apartment | Chic

We invite you to the 2nd floor apartment of a newly renovated 1800's home near the square in downtown Troy. The Troy square is home to many lovely local restaurants and coffee shops. You'll find all the modern amenities you need at the Troy House to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. We have went the extra mile to curate a cozy "home away from home" and our goal is to give you a 5 star stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the second floor of the home. There is a first floor apartment below the second floor that is accessed by a separate entrance and also used for short term rentals. Other things to note Downtown Troy’s historic train tracks are a block away. We provide sound machines if needed to help you sleep well during your stay. The downstairs of the Troy House is a separate short term rental. We have insulated well between the floors but you may hear occasional noise below from other guests.
