This modern 4BR home is in a quiet residential area of South Lakeland. Conveniently located near Publix, Sam's Club and Walgreens. Take a stroll through the neighborhood to Banana Lake Park or a short 10 min drive to Circle B Reserve . South Lakeland has so much to offer, with multiple lakes, parks and trails. We also have wonderful restaurants in the area. This home is centrally located between St. Pete/Tampa and Orlando. You can relax on a beach or have a day of fun at a theme park. The space 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 10 ft ceilings throughout the home. The open layout is spacious and family friendly. The main living area offers a 65 inch smart TV, with a view of the patio/pool area. 📺 The living room includes a TV, couch, love seat and 2 over sized chairs. The cabinet below the TV contains board games for your family to enjoy. The Wifi QR is also located under the TV and can be used throughout the home and patio. The large ceiling fan has multiple speeds and lighting options for your comfort. The remote is located in the designated remote box, under the TV. 🛌 The large master bedroom (king size bed) has an attached bathroom, with a seated vanity. The bedside tables include touch lamps with USB ports, charging stations for your phone/watch and a noise machine. 🛌 Each of the 4 bedrooms provide bedside lamps with outlets, extra pillows and blankets. All windows have blinds that can be completely closed for privacy. Each room has a seperate ceiling fan switch for your comfort. 👨‍🍳The kitchen is fully equipped with place settings for indoor and outdoor dining (patio). The indoor dining table seats 6 and can be expanded to seat 8. The home also has a breakfast nook that can be used as a work space. The outdoor patio table can be extended to seat 8 comfortably. Enjoy your meals by the pool, in the screened patio area. The sunsets in Florida are beautiful! The full size oven has multiple settings for top and lower oven use. The flat cook top surface is easily cleaned. The x-large refrigerator has plenty of space for your cold and frozen items. The dishwasher will give you an easy option for cleanup (5 pods provided). Dish soap and hand soap is provided. 💦The private pool is open year round. Perfect to cool off in the hot summer months. It can be chilly during the winter, but refreshing for a quick dip or aqua aerobic session. The pool ranges from 4 feet to 7 feet. The chemicals are maintained and the pool is cleaned weekly. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times. The patio door will sound when opened for family safety. The pool also has an addtional safety fence, that should be shut at all times when the pool is not in use. Please keep the patio door shut, when not in use. The patio is screened, for your bug free evening enjoyment. 😉 🧺Full size washing machine and dryer, with 5 laundry pods and dryer sheets. Please clean lint trap after use. 🍼We have a Graco pack n play, portable high chair and 6 panel play yard for families with littles. 🌴The back yard is fully enclosed with privacy fencing. Please let us know if you have any special requests. We will do our best to accommodate them. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of one closet and the garage (used for our supplies). Other things to note The home has a security system that will not be armed during your stay. It is only used when the home is vacant. The system will still chime, to notify you that a door has opened (for child safety reasons). There are no video or audio recording devices inside the home. Please use the thermostat in the hallway, near the guest bathroom (not the one on the security system keypad). Please keep windows and doors shut at all times, to conserve energy and prevent bugs from entering the home. 🚗 The driveway has room for 2 vehicles and street parking for 2 vehicles. Please do not park on the grass, we have an irrigation system. Maximum 4 vehicles at the property. No oversized or commercial vehicles allowed.
