Solo guests receive a super single bed, while two guests get two super single beds (with a pull-out lower mattress for extra comfort). Rooms are located on floors 2–3. The space 🍜 Special Amenities Enjoy free cereal, coffee, instant noodles (3–4 varieties), and rice anytime in our shared kitchen. Free washing machines and a coin dryer (₩1,000/hour) are available for your convenience. 🚗 Parking & Location Free parking is available on site. (Additional guests not included in the reservation cannot stay, and if found, an additional fee of more than three times the rate may be charged.) 🚭 The entire building is non-smoking. Smoking in prohibited areas may result in a fine. Please use the outdoor smoking area. 🚯 Please do not dispose of sanitary products or food waste in the toilet as it may cause clogging. Any damage, stains, or loss of property within the accommodation may result in additional charges. 🍤 Please avoid cooking food with strong odors (such as meat, fish, etc.) for the sake of the next guest. 🏠 Due to the stairs in the building, the accommodation is not suitable for infants. Adults should also be careful. (There is no elevator in the building.) 🤞 Please turn off all electrical devices such as air conditioning or heating when leaving the accommodation. ⛑ For safety and security, multiple CCTV cameras are installed in the building. 🧸❌ Pets are not allowed. ♻️ Please dispose of waste properly according to the instructions.
