Other things to note There is plenty of parking, both off-street and on-street. There is a large back yard with a sand pit, perfect for yard games or sun tanning. There are yard games accessible via the sunroom and a foosball table downstairs. In the area: HMart- asian grocery store Restaurants: Salt Grass Steakhouse, Thai Curry, a french cafe, and a vietnamese restaurant are all great options in a short walking distance. A little farther is downtown Westminster with a movie theater, more restaurants, JC Penny, and more. It is very close to a golf course, in an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood with a police station about a half mile away, so they're close by if needed but not regularly doing speed traps. Stores: Walmart, liquor store, craft stores, 2 gyms (Hotworx and Chuz), Accessibility - midway between Denver and Boulder, right off the highway for easy access by car, also about a 10 minute walk to a bus that goes directly to both cities.
