The space The Villa du Douanier is a unique accommodation due to its 115 m2 of living space, huge garden and terraces, but also due to its exceptional location near a coastal path overlooking the Gulf of Morbihan, and less than 10 minutes from the historic center of Vannes. Its neat architecture composed mainly of natural materials, wood and solid stones, and its abundance of windows on the outside in all the rooms earned it the nickname "Cabin". You will enjoy private outdoor and indoor spaces, terraces for sunbathing or barbecue, ping pong table and expanses of water nearby in total serenity. The cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace and high ceilings opens onto an ultra-modern, refined kitchen and dining room. For your well-being, there are four bedrooms including one on the ground floor with its own bathroom and king-size bed. Upstairs under its framework and breathtaking natural views from where you can see the Gulf of Morbihan, there are three beautifully decorated bedrooms with double beds, one with an additional single bed offering a warm promiscuity. The Ville du Douanier offers an exceptional setting to relax but also an ideal location to discover the wonders of the city of Vannes and its surroundings.
