Independent Apartment with Private Host

Independent accommodation in the basement of a house with kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet, in a peaceful and quiet village. Located a few kilometers from Belfort and Montbéliard, 6 km from Switzerland and at the gateway to Alsace. Ideal for two adults and 1 child because the 3rd bed is an extra bed. (We will refuse reservations for 3 adults) You can enjoy nice walks/hikes, festivals and in winter the nearby Christmas markets. The space Accommodation consisting of a main room with a double bed and a living room area, an independent kitchen, a bathroom and an independent toilet. Guest access Access with independent entrance, in the basement of a house in which we live. Other things to note No shutters in the basement, but we have installed blackout curtains so as not to be disturbed by daylight. In winter, the pellet boiler sucks in the pellets around 6 p.m. for about 1 to 2 minutes, which makes noise. We are parents of a 2-year-old girl, so if we ever make too much noise upstairs, please let us know.
