Conveniently situated in the town of Seneca Falls, you are only minutes away from I-90, Cayuga Lake State Park, Del Lago Resort & Casino, several groceries stores, restaurants, award-winning wineries and more! The space This spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers over 2,000 square feet of living space and sleeps up to ten. The interior is bright and welcoming, with large picture windows that flood the rooms with natural light and provide stunning views of the lake. The main living area, located on the second level of the home, are open and airy and seamlessly connect the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The lower level offers a second living space and bonus bar area. Step outside and you'll find a spacious patio where you can relax and take in the lakefront views. You'll enjoy direct access to a dock for fishing or launching a kayak -- and there's plenty of room for swimming and sunbathing too! Parking is available directly in front of the property for two vehicles. Additional parking is available at Cayuga Lake State Park (0.7 Miles south) for $7/night in season (May 15-October 15) and is free out of season (October 16-May 14).
