Stratton Duplex Condo Steps to Lifts, Village!

Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath entire condo located in Long Trail House North, just steps away from the village, lifts/slopes and gondola on Stratton Mtn. Great for couples, groups, or a family. Plan your summer and fall! Perfect place to stay for spring/summer mountain weddings and mountain biking/hiking trips, minutes from the golf course! This duplex has fantastic views of the pond and mountains to the North East. Come enjoy everything Stratton Mountain and Village has to offer! The space This 2 bed 2 bath (sleeps 6) condo is located in the luxury condominium Long Trail House on Stratton Mtn, across the street from Fire Tower Restaurant and Tavern and steps west from the lifts and gondola. The condo is a duplex unit with a bedroom and full en-suite bathroom upstairs. A main bedroom with king size bed and pull out couch in the living room, all room have TVs with cable and access to streaming apps. Kitchen comes with basic cooking utensils and dish-ware, including 2 sets for young children. The kitchen has all stainless steal appliances including dishwasher and a deep sink. Both bathrooms have standard toilets, a tub and shower. They will come stocked with a starter pack of paper products and toiletries. For extended stays or specific products there is a market in the village and a grocery market at the base of the mountain road and VT 30. The building also has communal Sauna, Heated Pool, and 2 Hot Tubs. There is also a grill available, all items are first come first serve. There is also 1 parking spot in the parking garage under the building included, additional parking is in lot 1 next to the south building. Laundry room and trash/recycling conveniently located on each floor near elevators. Ski locker included in stay, wet ski/snowboard equipment not allowed in unit. No smoking of any kind please. We love pets but unfortunately no pets are allowed to guests by the HOA. No pets please. Guest access Exclusive use of entire duplex condo. Access to the heated pool, sauna and 2 hot tubs as well as the grill. All amenities are first come first serve. Booking includes 1 parking spot in garage under the building. Ski locker, Laundry Room on floor and elevators from parking garage The building has a communal lounge space on the 1st floor, which has complementary coffee and pastries 7:30am-11am on weekends during the Winter season. Pro-tip: Go early, pastries can go quick! Pro tip: Summer hours for local shops and restaurants may vary - call and check ahead of time! Other things to note Self Check-in/Check-out via lockbox and electronic key card. 2 Key cards will be supplied for the duration of the stay. $100 fee for lost or unreturned key card.
