It shares a bathroom and a kitchenette with one more room. The bedroom has a smart lock and a fridge for privacy. No laundry on premises and parking is available on the street (No big trucks). We have parking at the back of the house only for small cars. We have other bedrooms in the property. Room has window AC and central heating. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the amenities in the second floor of the house. During your stay Guest can contact me through the app or the phone number provided with the check in information. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited inside the house. No parties and quiet hours start at 11pm. No gathering outside the house. No fighting or loud music. Only the people in the booking are allowed. Not following this house rule will end up in removal. We offer long stays.
