The space The 1 Bedroom Deluxe suite offers a luxurious and comfortable stay for guests looking to experience the excitement of Las Vegas while enjoying the comforts of home. This spacious suite, measuring approximately 710 square feet can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Here’s what you can expect in the 1 Bedroom Deluxe suite: BED TYPES VARY AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED A separate living area perfect for relaxing or accommodating additional guests. A full kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, and toaster for all your culinary needs. A dining table for four, allowing guests to enjoy meals together. A modern bathroom with a makeup mirror, single vanity, and a walk-in shower for a spa-like experience. In-room conveniences such as a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, and flat-screen televisions for entertainment and convenience. Additional amenities like a coffee table, full-length mirror, and armchair to add to the comfort of your stay. Guests can also enjoy resort facilities such as two outdoor pools and hot tubs, cabanas, poolside bar and grill, a fire pit, and a fitness center. The resort’s location is just one mile off The Strip, providing easy access to Las Vegas’ famous attractions while offering a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Whether you’re visiting for leisure or business, the Desert Blue 1 Bedroom Deluxe suite ensures a memorable stay with its blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. NOTE: The guest checking in must be 21 or older. Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing. For more streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for $9.95 per day, $49.95 for 6-10 days, and $59.95 for 11-30 days. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in. *Pictures are examples. We cannot guarantee room layout or view, units are assigned at check in. * Guest access Guests will have access to all of the resorts amenities. Other things to note Rental Agreement OCCUPANCY Guest agrees not have more guests than the rental can accommodate Responsible party must be 21 years of age or older. ADA ACCESSIBLE UNIT POSSIBLE We do not own a specific unit with the resort, rather work from their live availability. Our listings include both standard and accessible units, as these units have similar layouts and accommodations. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be provided for cancellations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. A 50%refund will be provided for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to check-in. No refund will be given within 14 days of check-in. LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS) $150.00- $360.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure. Parking Fee: Most resorts have free parking, but it is not guaranteed. Resort Fee: Most resorts do charge a refundable security deposit.
