Outdoor lights: Outdoor lights should be turned off after 10 PM to reduce light pollution. Fireworks and firearms: Fireworks and firearms are not permitted. Occupancy: The occupancy limit is two people per bedroom, plus two additional people total. Children under seven are not counted in the occupancy limit. Parking: The number of parked vehicles must not exceed the number of spaces available in the driveway and garage. Parking on unpaved areas is not permitted. Guest cards: Short-term renters may be given a guest card by the homeowner to access private amenities. There are 6 passes in the home, there is 1 pass per guest, with access up to 6 guests.
