Guests have access to their apartment as well as multiple common areas on then property - waterfront dock, multiple decks and viewing areas, and secluded beachfront at the bottom of the steps from our waterfront dock. Kayaks are also available for use. We are and will always be available for information, request etc. Safe, and well travelled by locals, visitors. A combination of private homes, guest houses, small hotels and close to the main hotels on our famous Gand Anse Beach. 24 hr public transportation is right outside the front gate. Multiple options for walking 1 -2 miles in either direction toward St. George's or Grand Anse. All 7 day stays or longer incur mandatory $30US cleaning fee per week. No Exceptions
