Koodapuzha House Chalakudy

Koodapuzha House, 80 year old house renovated with modern comforts by preserving it's heritage and old standards. Located in a good residential area and a few minutes walk from Chalakudy town. Just 100 meters from Anamala route which goes to Athirapilly falls, Vazhachal falls, Malakkapara, Valpara, Pollachi...many more. The space Koodapuzha House is a result of our love of heritage and small homes. My family was planning to demolish the house but I wanted to renovate with modern comforts by preserving it's heritage and old standards. It will look a very small house from outside but there is good enough room inside - 4 old style rooms, old style attic, reasonably big lounge and kitchen/ dining place. Separate toilet and shower room both are modern style. Lots of car park in the front - can easily park 4-5 cars depending on its sizes. I am born and brought up in Chalakudy, lives and work in London. Koodapuzha House is our perfect peaceful escape or hide out for our family when we visit Chalakudy to meet our friends and families. We thought it would be a good idea to offer the place for others when it is not in use. We believe you like the house and it's unique nature and traditional style in between a lot of posh concrete blocks. House is managed by my cousin, Rijo Sunny who lives and work in Chalakudy.
