We have an air mattress stored in the bedroom closet and a foldout bean bag fluffy mattress and a couch in the living room to accommodate 4 guests overnight. Please note that this rental is a pet friendly, mother-in-law apartment located above a garage that has its own private entrance, which is also connected to the owner’s living space on the other side of the curtain in the entryway and divided by a door that is locked on both sides for privacy. Our property allows for two cars to comfortably park in the main driveway, and deep enough to fit three cars. Also, overnight parking on the street is free and permitted depending on the season. Our back deck is a private space. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment space as a whole. The apartment comes with some entertainment: board games, Firestick TV, a Fusball table, a DVD player with a DVD library, and books. Other things to note The kitchen has a gas stove/oven and is fully stocked with all the necessary cookware, seasonings, teas, coffee, coffee maker, full fridge with freezer, a microwave, and a toaster. The apartment only lists one queen size bed, but we have an air mattress and the bean bag in the living room unzips into a full-size fluffy mattress. There is spare bedding in the bedroom closet on the top shelf and in the gray storage container. Most of our windows do not have screens. If it's necessary to open a window, please find portable screen inserts in the closet, cabinet, or nearby windows that do not have embedded screens.
