The space The ground floor apartment has a TV room, fireplace and balcony, dining room, kitchen and a single double bedroom with two extra beds, going up the stairs, there is the double suite with a queen size bed. Other things to note I have 3 identical units available in the same condominium. You must bring your bedding (sheets, pillowcases, bath and face towels). We provide guests with blankets and 6 pillows. It is MANDATORY to send a photo of the ID (front and back) and CPF or CNH of all guests (except for children under 12 years of age, inform full name and age), MODEL and LICENSE PLATE of the car (maximum 2 vehicles) within 24 hours after confirmation of the reservation.
