This beautiful home was built and purchased in 2015. It is 5 miles from the historic downtown Cheyenne Plaza and 1.5 miles from Walmart. For guests we offer the entire home. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open layout and patio area offers a great place to both entertain and relax. Explore Wyoming's capital city, nestle in for quality family time, or relax after a long days work. This home was built in 2015 and we have owned the home since it was new. We do not smoke and have no pets, keeping our house fresh and clean! Guests have access to the entire home. The storage room in the basement and 1 closet door upstairs is locked for personal belongings. There is a propane grill on the patio. Please let us know if the propane is out so we can replace it. There is a queen size air mattress that can be set up in the basement if needed. Street parking is available in front of the house. You may also park in the back in front of the 2 car garage. (Garage is not available for guest use) We have 2 smart TV's with with access to log in to your Amazon Prime, Netflix, Pandora, Disney+, Hulu and more. Please remember to log out before you check out. WiFi is also included. We will be available by phone or text if you have any questions. If we are out of town we have friends in the neighborhood that could help you out if there is an issue. This neighbor is very quiet and perfect for families, kids, etc. There is no HOA, so you are able to park RV's, trailers, etc if needed for a short period of time. Cheyenne offers both Uber, Lift, TI shuttle, and other taxi services. Self check-in · Easily check yourself in with the Keyless Lock Pad.
