The space A large 3-storey, rustic, new wooden house in Kashubia is available. 137m2 directly on the lake surrounded by nature and forests of the Słupia Valley Landscape Park, just 4 hours drive from Berlin and only 10 meters from the lake shore! We are in a small, quiet, charming post-German village, away from the noise, mass tourism and urban hustle and bustle, but in close proximity to Gdańsk (90 minutes), Ustka (50 minutes) and the beaches of the Baltic Sea. Our house is an ideal oasis of peace, relaxation and tranquility surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the Natura 2000 protected area 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 3 toilets, bathroom, sunny terrace overlooking the lake, sauna with rest room, massage room. We have 3 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, Bedroom 2 has a large double bed, Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The bedrooms are on the first floor, where there is a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and a toilet. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen, spacious living/dining room, sofa, smart TV, JBL hi-fi sound system, goat fireplace, bookcase, toilet and direct exit to the observation deck. The kitchen is fully equipped - just like at home (induction cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots, cutlery and dishes). On site for guests free of charge: spices, sugar, salt, tea, coffee. In the basement there is a modern, rustic Klafs sauna with a separate shower and a wet sauna option with aromatherapy - along with a relaxation room, an additional shower, a toilet, and a massage room. There is a fenced plot of 700 m2 with direct access to the lake (exit through the gate). In the garden there is a covered shed, a barbecue, a place for a bonfire, and toys for children. Our lake is clean, flowing, with access to a small beach. You can swim and fish in it for an additional fee of 70 PLN / week. The price includes: bed linen, towels, bathrobes, firewood, a set of aromas for the sauna, 6 bicycles, toys for children, firewood and a boat, and the possibility of renting a SUP board. The facility is open year-round and is electrically heated (electronically controlled underfloor heating). The house is wooden, insulated with wood wool, which creates unique acoustics and a microclimate conducive to allergy sufferers. The technology of construction makes the house extremely warm and cozy in winter and comfortable on hot days - without the need for air conditioning. For your comfort, the windows are fitted with mosquito nets and blackout blinds. The nearest store (Biedronka) and a restaurant with delicious old Polish cuisine are 6 km - 10 minutes away from the house. Our neighborhood is an ideal base for the sea and the Hossoland amusement park. There are other numerous lakes nearby (Konradowo, Krzynia, Głebokie, Konradowo). The nearest surroundings are just beautiful Kashubian forests, fields and meadows. There are numerous bicycle routes nearby: asphalt, field and forest. In your free time, you can swim, fish, cycle, walk or simply meditate in the bosom of nature or on our terrace overlooking the lake and beautiful sunsets. Our location away from the city also favors the nightly admiration of the stars and the visible Milky Way. Massage services are available at an additional cost.
