The space This is a cape-style 3 bedroom/2 bathroom on a couple acres, on a small lane with a few other houses, off a dirt road. Upstairs features a spacious guestroom with a Queen bed, skylight and a dedicated workspace/desk, a bathroom with a tub, and an additional room with a loveseat (in which a double-decker Queen blow-up bed can be set up). Downstairs has a large bedroom with two big windows and a Queen bed, bigger bathroom with a large shower, cozy living room with a fireplace, small kitchen and sunroom with another fireplace. There's a small deck off the sunroom, big backyard surrounded by trees, and a small garden. Laundry is downstairs in a big basement and parking is plentiful. Guest access The whole house and entire property is available for use except for a small locked den and attached garage.
