Horse farm with commuter location in Bergshammar, Nyköping

Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking. The space The accommodation has an open floor plan with sleeping space for 4 people with 2 double beds. There are no doors between the bedrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor and one bedroom is 1 flight of stairs up on the upper floor. In the kitchen, there is a microwave with grill function and a top. Fridge & freezer. Complete kitchen equipment is available. View of horse pastures and from the kitchen view of the courtyard. Horses are let out at 7:00 am and then they run past the entrance to the property. All windows have blackout curtains. Guest access Parking is directly to the left after the downhill slope. If you want electricity for the electric car, please let us know before. Our 3 dogs often run loose in the courtyard and therefore keep the gate to the road closed after the driveway. The dogs are very nice and just want to say hello when you meet (despite the barking). Other things to note Please read our guidebook. The accommodation is close to the exit and close to the motorway, only 6 km to Nyköping city center. Perfect for commuters with a few minutes to the highway.
