If the bedding and furniture in the room are damaged, lost, or severely soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged or compensation will be made at the original price. No alcohol, smoking, or chewing betel nut indoors. Please keep your personal valuables with you and take care of them. We will not be responsible for any loss. Please present your ID for registration when you check-in and pay the balance. Please lower the volume after 10:00 pm and do not make loud noises to maintain the peace of the community and the rights of other guests. Please check in according to the number of people in the room type. If you need to add more people, please let us know in advance. Other things to note [Extension and Refund Instructions] If you want to cancel the accommodation, the refund amount will be calculated from the date of notifying the B&B operator to cancel the reservation, and the refund amount will be handled in accordance with the regulations on what should and should not be recorded in the individual traveler's reservation contract: (1) 100% of the amount paid will be refunded for cancellations made 14 days prior to the date of booking (2) For cancellations 10 to 13 days prior to the date of booking, 70% of the amount paid will be refunded. (3) For cancellations 7 to 9 days prior to the date of booking, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. (4) For cancellations 4 to 6 days prior to the date of booking, 40% of the amount paid will be refunded. (5) For cancellations 2 to 3 days prior to the date of booking, 30% of the amount paid will be refunded. (6) For cancellations 1 day before the booked stay, 20% of the amount paid will be refunded. (7) If the guest cancels or fails to notify on the day of booking, the B&B will not refund the full amount paid by the guest. In the event of a natural disaster or force majeure on the day of the stay (subject to the conditions issued by the county and city government), a full refund will be given.
