Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in Round Mountain. Rustic cabin with 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, a loft with a futon and one bathroom with rain shower. Grand living room with large windows that look out on the beautiful meadow and a family of deer, who are frequent visitors. The loft is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and a great view. We are 1 hour from Lassen National Park, close to rivers, waterfalls, hot springs and more! The space Our cabin is on 4.2 arches of beautiful forested mountains. It is very quiet and has great privacy. Close to many outdoor activities such as; hiking, fishing, rock climbing and water features. The beautiful mountain town of Burney only 20 minutes away with restaurants, coffee shop, bowling alley and a few bars. My favorite restaurant is the Alpine Drive Inn with amazing burgers and ice cream! Burney is famous for Burney Falls State park with great hiking and also has Lake Britton. This area is stunning in the fall and less crowded than the summer. Another amazing water feature 25 minutes down Fenders Ferry is Potem Falls, a gorgeous waterfall with an awesome swimming hole, rope swing and you can swim behind the fall. Property is a 30 minute drive to Shasta Lake with boat ramps. Also a great area for fishing in the Pit River and much more. In the winter I would recommend Snow Man’s Hill in Shasta or Eskimo Hill in Lassen for sledding. Have a great time exploring our little slice of heaven.
