The Annex of the Stunned Buck

⚠️Car is essential⚠️ This outbuilding is located on the grounds of our primary residence. The canopy will offer you a soothing view and give you an inside/outside feel. The space ⚠️Car is essential. Pretty little outbuilding that will allow you to take a break on the way to your vacation (located 2 minutes by car from exit 10 of the A10 highway), to spend a weekend in the countryside, to stay next to your place of celebration, sports competition... Paris is a 40-minute drive away. RER station is a 5-minute drive. Newly renovated, this outbuilding is located on the grounds of our main residence (not adjoining). The canopy will offer you a soothing view and give you an inside/outside feel. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room. ⚠️Please note, the accommodation is not equipped with an oven. 1 bed for 2 people in the sofa bed 140/200. [There is nothing to block the light for this bed]. Upstairs, a 160/200 bed. A wooden baby crib is available, as well as an additional baby crib on request. [blackout shutter on the velux]. Air conditioning (reversible) is installed on the ground floor and in the bedroom. ⚠️The swimming pool is closed until April/May 2026: winter period. The pool and garden are to be shared with us and our 2 children aged 6 and 8. (Thank you for your understanding). ⚠️We do not accept pets because we have 2 cats and 4 chickens. We are afraid of the incompatibility of community life between all these animals. We are in a small village where there are no public transport services. Car is recommended. Feel free to check out the guide. Guest access The entire annex is at your disposal as well as the garden (shared) The pool (shared) is closed and will be accessible from April/May 2026. Other things to note Access to the upstairs bedroom is via a slightly narrow staircase. The accommodation will therefore not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
