All rooms are connected via a fun private bbq patio The space This very private, unique, and comfortable space for 10 guests with 5 Bedrooms (4 Queen Beds and 1 King Bed) and 5 Full Bathrooms (in each room). One Private Patio for all 5 bedrooms, and private entrance shared between all 5 Bedrooms. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated- so you can pick your favorite room :) It’s ideal for a group traveling together- or for a family that wants the added privacy- remember each bedroom (apartment style) provides the comfort and convenience to cook basic meals in the individual kitchenette and gather to eat together/share in the private patio space/ table. (Each apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette and a full bathroom). You can also have a great bbq together on the private patio- and relax with your group. Property is located only a few steps from Isla Verde Beach, delicious restaurants, grocery stores, and very very close to great Puerto Rico’s best attractions (old San Juan- La Placita, Condado, Yunque) It’s fully furnished with strong A/C in each room, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs. Located in a quiet and private neighborhood with Private Parking available on property. We also have a generator and cistern for emergency outages. We provide beach chairs and beach towels.
