One assigned parking space is available only. -No trailers, boat, RV parking -Absolutely NO SMOKING a $500 charge will occur for violating this policy -No pets -Jets in the bathroom tub do not function. Please do not turn on. Other things to note The booking guest must sign a renters agreement before checking in. The renter's agreement will ask for your home address, phone number(s), & email address. The agreement will be sent to you automatically upon booking, check your spam folder in your email, if it is not there send me a message and I will send you a direct link to the rental agreement that must be read and signed before check-in information will be sent over.
