Welcome to our modern, newly built apartment (2019) in the best possible location – only 140 meters from Järvsöbacken! Departure cleaning is included in the price, so you can fully enjoy the stay. Here you live with Ski-in/Ski-out and Bike-in/Bike-out directly adjacent to Vildriket, Bergshotellet and popular restaurant Sydsidan with private parking and 11kW electric car charger. The apartment is fully equipped for both winter and summer adventures. After a lovely day on the slopes or on the bike you can enjoy a hot sauna. The space The home sleeps two bedrooms with comfortable double beds as well as a living room with sofa bed – perfect for family or friends. There is a fresh bathroom with sauna, as well as a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and all necessary kitchen utensils. In the bathroom there is a drying cabinet – perfect after a day on the slopes. TV with Chromecast and wifi is available for streaming and connection. Outdoors you will find a furnished patio with barbecue and private storage room for storing equipment. There is parking for two cars directly outside the apartment, including an 11kW electric car charger, and an electric light track for cross-country skiing nearby. You bring your own bed linens and towels, but you can also pre-book for SEK 250 per set in connection with booking. Departure cleaning is included in the price – you only need to put back furniture, wash dishes and empty garbage and recycling upon departure. In Järvsö, the changeover days are Thursday and Sunday.
