Private bathrooms for each large unique bedroom, 65" TV, Grill, wifi and Family friendly. Large backyard with private drive allows for 8 cars and lots of space to relax and let the kids play. Experience Historic Oakwood with local sandwich and coffee shops in the neighborhood, and downtown Raleigh just a few blocks away. The space Here’s a quick tour of the house: Upper Level • Green Room- Queen bed and attached bathroom with shower • Red Room - King bed and attached bathroom with tub and shower • Blue Room - King bed and attached bathroom with historic pull chain toilet and claw foot tub/shower. Small private porch. • Gold Room- Two extra long twin beds and attached bathroom with historic pull chain toilet and claw foot tub/shower. Lower Level • Living area with couch, daybed, flat screen TV • Gourmet Kitchen with gas stove top and granite counter tops, fully stocked • Master Bedroom with King Sized bed and attached bathroom with modern double shower. • Dining Room with seating for eight • Outdoor patio with grill, dining tables, and herb garden with fountain • Half bath • Laundry Room with storage • Den off the kitchen with additional dining table • Sitting area off the main entrance with couches for relaxing and connecting with friends and family Guest access The entire house is available to your group, excluding one small room on the bottom floor that we use for storage. Check in is convenient with nest keypad entry. We will send you a code in advance, and can help you get in remotely if needed. Other things to note We are not accepting any event bookings.
