Enjoy all that the finger lakes have to offer! Minimum age of primary renter is 25. The space This two story 1113 ft condo features one king BR with balcony, additional BR with two queens, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and 1.5 baths. Newly renovated kitchen and updated furnishings/ decor throughout. Entrance to the condo, kitchen, living/dining room with balcony and half bath are on the main floor. Both bedrooms with master balcony and full bath are located on the lower floor. Master bedroom with black out shade and room darkening curtains. Work space and 50” TV in each bedroom for your convenience. Two balconies to enjoy your coffee, dining alfresco, yoga with the morning sunrise (two yoga mats included) or just simply take in the stunning views! Living room with 70” TV and 60" linear electric Napolean fireplace. Hotel style heating and cooling units located in the kitchen, living room and each bedroom.There is an assigned covered parking space directly in front of the unit. Maximum of one additional vehicle allowed in guest parking which is also covered. Guest access Elevator to access private beach for Bristol Harbor residents is located approximately 300 steps from the condo. Beach is for residents only on Saturdays and Sundays along with Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day per recently updated HOA rules. There is a beach five minutes down the road. Clubhouse is located .4 miles from the condo across the street where you will have access to the basketball courts and playground. Short term renters not allowed to use the fire pits, kayaks, community grill or clubhouse. Tennis and pickleball courts can be used after 3pm. Certain amenities are for residents of Bristol Harbour residents only, per the HOA. Other things to note Town of South Bristol permit #2023-0024 Maximum six guests both overnight and during the day.
