Other things to note There are few details which are important to know before you proceed with the booking. This apartment is one of the 4 apartments in a bungalow on the 1st floor. (Dont worry about the luggage, our staff will help you get that to the place) *As per Airbnb policy, please book with the exact count of guests (irrespective of their stay)* We understand if you have a long stay then cleaning of the house is important, so we have caretakers who drops by every morning b/w 9am-12pm. They will take care of brooming and mopping once in a day. But if you go for extra cleaning i.e. dish washing/bathroom cleaning then the caretaker charges extra: Dishes: ₹100/cleaning Per Bathroom: ₹200/cleaning We charge a small Refundable Security Deposit of ₹2000/- on each booking This deposit is to ensure that there is no damage/spillage/unnecessary cleaning/smoke odour/late check outs in the property. We strongly follow this policy and highly recommend to follow the above statement as we feel immense sadness to deduct from the security deposit! (All the extra collected amount(if any), is distributed among the working staff of our property)
