Fully-equipped kitchen, large one bedroom apartment in downtown Glendale with easy access to all that the city has to offer. The space The unit is on the first floor but there are a couple of steps leading into the front and back of the apartment. Parking is street parking ONLY. A preferential parking pass is provided in the unit for your convenience - please be mindful of street sweeping days and hours as posted! $100 fee applicable for unreturned parking pass. There are two parking lots that allow for all day/night parking for a fee, one directly across the street on the other side of the church. Guest access Front and back doors are equipped with smart locks and there is also a lockbox for emergencies. Guests have complete, private access to the entire apartment. There is shared onsite laundry and shared outdoor seating by other guests/tenants but all interior spaces are private. Other things to note The apartment is in an apartment building where other guests/tenants live/work.
