The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living area, a restroom and a double bedroom with an en suite shower room. On the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, utility room, game room and Finnish sauna. The second floor comprises five bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Outside area features a large private swimming pool, measuring 15x5 meters, sunloungers, parasols and an outdoor shower and a dining area with a summer kitchen and BBQ. Villa Simeana is fully air-conditioned for added comfort. The nearby resort of Porec is a charming coastal town abundant with diverse shops and restaurants. A visit to the UNESCO-protected Porec Basilica is highly recommended, adding to the town's allure. Villa Simeana is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed.
