Hop on the Arcade & Attica for a scenic family friendly tour; the depot is only five minutes from the Yorkshire House. 30 minutes to Letchworth State Park, Hidden Valley Animal Adventure, Ellicottville, Springville. Large private backyard with fire pit. Two minutes to grocery stores and small shopping plazas. Bills Fans: 35 minutes to Highmark Stadium. The space Enjoy a spacious yard with plenty of off street parking to pull in and turn round. Cozy fire pit nestled in the trees out back-roast marshmallows, toast spider dogs, relax and make memories. Well stocked kitchen, dining room with view of back yard, pleasant, quiet neighbors. All bedrooms and bathroom located upstairs. Guest access Please enter through back door. Barns and basement off limits, but you can enjoy the rest of the house and huge yard. Other things to note Main Street is quite busy during the day. There is less traffic at night. All three bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. During the cooler months you may want to pack slippers. Public water source. Grocery stores and many restaurants are within a couple of miles.
