Ideal for relaxation or adventure, RiverScape is your perfect getaway. We look forward to welcoming you! The space RiverScape has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. Both rooms have views - the main bedroom has 180 degree river views :) The lounge dining area are open plan with floor to ceiling views of the Tamar River. There is a lovely deck to enjoy your morning coffee as you relax and take in the spectacular view. RiverScape includes a full kitchen, washing machine, WIFI and a smart tv (access to streaming services). Guest access You will have access to the main house and two car parks. One car park is at the gate just off the road and the other is in front of the garage - both are signed. Please note there is no access to the garage or the small granny flat and main access is through the gate on the road. Also, please be aware that the access path includes a few steps and is a little steep, so it may be a little tricky if you're frail and/or have heavy suitcases. Other things to note Please note this property is not wheelchair friendly as the access is down a path with steps. The shower is over the bath. The bath is awesome but there are a couple of things to note about it:- 1) It was once a spa but it is NOT a spa now. 2) It has high sides so you will need to step up into it and out of it.
