Brush Park is a safe, beautiful walkable neighborhood with tons of great restaurants, and a new dog park. There is also a full wellness/Fitness Gym in the house for your use. The rooftop deck offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire downtown and the back deck and tree-filled back yard feel like an escape from the city. The space This is a house share with three professionals sharing a massive 33 room 8800 sqft mansion. Full Bathroom is shared with one person and there are additional half and full baths in the house. Shared amenities include billiards room, Rooftop deck, two fridge kitchen, living room with fireplace, piano room, and back deck with Traeger grill. 🔘BEDROOM🔘 This private bedroom offers breathtaking Bay Window views of Downtown Detroit. The room has a queen sized bed with comfortable Nectar-brand Memory Foam Mattress. Your room also has a sleeper couch for guests and a coffee table convertible work station. Bathroom has a large walk-in ceramic-tiled shower.
