Casa Tranquilo has new furniture in both bedrooms, living room and both balconies. A new, internet connected smart TV is in the living room along with wifi for the whole condo. It has two large furnished balconies with great views. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. We welcome families, surfers, beach and nature lovers. Take only photos, leave only footprints The balconies are great to relax and enjoy a drink, both pools are kept clean, the beach is less than a 10 minute walk away for great sunsets. Fish and Cheese is a great Italian restaurant and is next door along with Watermans that rents beach gear, arranges tours and has ice cream. Guest have access to all areas of the condo except for an owners closet. There are two pools, a well equipped two level exercise area on the top floor of our tower, a roof top deck on the other tower with great views and a game room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey tables that guest can use. We can be reached via the Airbnb app, text and email. We strive to answer right away. The property manager is also available and responds quickly to any issues. We live in the states and are unlikely to be in Costa Rica when the condo is rented. Langosta is much quieter than Tamarindo. It is very safe and you can walk to a small bodega about 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The beach is less than a ten minute walk and Tamarindo is less than a 30 minute walk to the center of town. There are buses that run right in front of the condo entrance, Uber is available as well as local taxis. Tours will pick you up at the condo entrance. We have a covered parking space near the lobby elevator which is very convenient. You can also rent golf carts at Watermans, which is next door or many other vendors.
