This 3/4 acre property is special and unique and is next to OZ bush land with Kangaroos to be seen, which enhances your experience in the bush capital city. You can also walk to the Canberra hospital and National Capital Private hospital. You can shop at Southlands shopping centre in Mawson and the Westfield shopping Mall in Woden. There is ample off street private parking area at the front of the property which can accommodate a few cars. The house has a separate spacious lounge with sofa & chairs, a family/TV room, a spacious kitchen & dining area. The dining area has a table with 8 dining chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped which include a large oven, induction cooktop and air fryer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry/ laundry with 11 kg front loading washing machine. The family/TV room has a smart TV for live/streaming media. Prime Video streaming is available. The house has 4 bedrooms. All beds are equipped with high quality bedding and linen. Bathrooms are supplied with soaps and shampoos. 1.The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed and its own en-suite with ample wardrobe. 2.Two bedrooms have queen sized beds with garden views. 3.There is a bedroom with one single bed and one King single bed, with views to the courtyard and garden. 4. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. 5. There is one separate toilet. 6. The house has a climate control ducted heating/air conditioning. 7. There is a covered patio with bench-top and sink with an outdoor seating for up to 8 persons. There is a pickleball court with equipment available for guest to use. 8. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. 9. Wi-Fi is available with password provided. Ideal for up to 8 adults. Guest access You will be provided a code to a lock box to access the key to the front door of the property. There are a few steps to the entrance of the house. You have access to the whole house and pickle ball court. Other things to note Please read the HOUSE RULES section and you agree to them before making the booking. This is important to avoid any issues. We want our guests to enjoy and look after the property so that every other guest can enjoy it too! PLEASE take note that NO shoes are allowed in the house to minimise the cleaning cost. We also DISCOURAGE eating & drinking in the bedrooms to avoid ants and other insects.
