Brand new! Found at the end of a quiet lane, surrounded by fields, this stunning barn set is in beautiful countryside within the South Downs National Park. An ideal retreat for families and friends alike, lovely walks, cycle routes, local attractions all within easy reach. The barn is recently built with all the amenities needed for a home-from-home feel. The space The barn consists of an open- plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, two ovens, an induction hob, a blender, toaster, coffee maker and boiling water tap. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room. There is also an additional downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms which can be set as double (king-size) or twin rooms. There is the main shower room also on this floor. There is also a travel cot available. Outside there is designated parking for three vehicles. There are steps down to the path leading to the front door and also ramp access. You can also access the garden space at the rear of the property from the path where you will find a lawned area and patio space with seating and a gas-fired bbq and fire pit for you to use. Guest access The parking area and fenced lawn is your designated outdoor space to enjoy. The garden backs onto our private field with views across the moors. There is parking for three cars and there is an EV charger for your use. The parking area is gated. Other things to note The listing states a minimum of a two night booking but do contact us if you require less than this and we will endeavour to accommodate you. There is a travel cot available in addition to the six guests. Sorry, no pets. We are situated at the end of a private road which becomes a farm track. Sports cars and other low-profile vehicles may find it unsuitable.
