Key Loss & Locksmith Fees A £100 fee will be charged for lost keys, plus any applicable locksmith callout fees. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping are not allowed within the apartment or building. A £250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. Disturbances Any complaints about noise or disturbances may result in a £250 penalty fee. Guest Identification All guests must provide ID and sign the eRental agreement prior to check-in when booking directly. This is required for security and insurance purposes.
