Quiet Residential Area Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. The property is located in a peaceful residential area. Key Loss & Locksmith Fees A £100 fee will be charged for lost keys, plus any applicable locksmith callout fees. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping are not allowed within the apartment or building. A £250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. Disturbances Any complaints about noise or disturbances may result in a £250 penalty fee. Guest Identification All guests must provide ID and sign the eRental agreement prior to check-in when booking directly. This is required for security and insurance purposes. Noise Horizon is not responsible for any noise from outside the apartment. Car Park Usage Use of the car park is at your own risk. Horizon will not be liable for any accidents, damage, or loss.
