Welcome to La Terrasse des Faure. Our accommodation, rated *** by Gironde Tourisme, is a former winery completely renovated and attached to our family home. It has a terrace facing the Saint-Georges-Saint-Emilion vineyard. Soak up the charm and tranquility of the place while staying close to the famous village of Saint-Émilion. Whether you're here to explore, enjoy the scenery or just relax, our annex offers you the perfect getaway. The space La Terrasse des Faure consists, On the ground floor, a living room including: - A sitting area with sofa (sofa bed available on request and for an additional fee for a child), coffee table, ottomans, TV. - A dining area with a beautiful wooden table, chairs and bench for 4 and more. - A fully equipped kitchen area (fridge & freezer, gas hobs, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) Always on the ground floor you will find: - a shower room with a sink and toilet. A washing machine is also available to you (at no extra charge) - a closet area nestled under the stairs and in which you will find various games (pétanque, molki...) as well as an iron and iron board. A staircase leads up to the floor where you can find the 2 bedrooms. - The Saint-Emilion room is equipped with a double bed (160*200 cm), a desk, an armchair and a dresser. This room opens to the front of the house and gives you a view towards the village of Saint-Emilion. - The Mountain Room is equipped with a double bed (160*200cm), a sofa and a wardrobe. This room offers you a beautiful view of the St Georges-St Emilion vineyard. The kitchen opens onto a wide outdoor terrace equipped with a table and 6 seats, sunbeds, table football and a charcoal grill. You are a 4-minute drive to Saint-Emilion, a 7-minute drive to Gare de Saint-Emilion, a 12-minute drive to Libourne and about 50 minutes to Bordeaux. Guest access You have access to your entire accommodation as well as your terrace and garden area, which opens up to our garden area in order to best respect your privacy. Other things to note The house is in the heart of the Saint-Emilion vineyard, surrounded by vines and properties. The land has no fence. You may be able to see maintenance, cleaning or treatment of the vineyard surrounding the house. The staircase has a ramp but no guardrail. A barrier is available to prevent falls from the 1st floor.
