Our goal is to provide you with a truly unforgettable experience that will make you never want to leave. We are excited to make our home, your home. Feel free to inquire with any questions! Sleep at ease in our privately owned Villa on The North Coast with around the clock security. The outside is fully fenced with security system, motion lighting, generator and surveillance (only on the parameter in areas open to public view), and security guard. The backyard comes fully equipped with 2 casitas (private suites), an in-ground pool, bbq, outdoor patio (with table and chairs), a kitchenette/prep station, an outdoor shower, and lounge chairs lining the pool. On the first floor, you will find an oversized entryway leading to the pool table and kitchen, followed by a dining area, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, pool table area and family area. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the first floor of the house and 2 Casitas with en-suite bathrooms (located poolside). The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - all bedrooms come with an ensuite bath. As our guest you will have access to the entire property. Our home is kept up to date and is meticulously kept after. If you would like an extra cleaning during your stay, please inquire within. The third floor showcases a rooftop with views of both the mountain range and the ocean. You will have full and complete access to our home - it's your home for the duration of your stay. On the day of your arrival, I will reach out to you via text with updated check-in instructions. When it's time to check-out you will receive a notification from us the night before. As we are both primarily located in New York, we have arranged a dedicated team to help out for the duration of your stay. Although we are not directly there, please feel free to reach out to us with whatever, whenever! And please note *your feedback is paramount to our success - we encourage it! Our home is located in a beachfront community, on a private road, with only two neighboring lots. Our community's beach is one of Sosua's most highly rated - Laguna Beach. To get there from our house, simply walk ~5 minutes down the road (without needing to cross the street). There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance where you can find some quick eats for take-out, or a more formal restaurants for morning breakfast or evening dinners. Once you're outside of the community, car is the best mode of transportation. 1. Personal Driver/Tour Guide - Joel is ready whenever you are - simply shoot him a text to come and scoop you up and he will ensure you are dropped off safe and sound. 2. Car Rentals - There will be a driveway available for the duration of your stay. 3. Taxi Services - this can get costly (we learned the hard way - that's why we partnered-up with Joel!) Additional Services • Personal Driver/Tour Guide, Joel. He can help with anything you need during your stay (kind of like a personal assistant with a car). He is $125 per day with unlimited trips no matter the time of day (24/7). • In-house Masseuse, Melina. She is an amazing masseuse and can accommodate your schedule. She will come to the house with everything you need (including music) to relax and unwind and will setup the table wherever desired. Rates start at $45 for 50 minutes. (I recommend a rooftop masseuse during sunset) • Chef Services from Joel's cousin. If interested, please let me know and I will arrange connecting you to her. She will do the food shopping and cooking for you. • Complimentary airport pickup from POP. Inquire about pricing if arriving at a different airport and need pickup. • Complimentary daily maid service – anything you need done around the house, Joanna is your lady! She will be at the house daily. • Complimentary nighttime security, daily. • Complimentary poolboy/groundskeeper, daily. • Automatic, heavy-duty generator so you can sleep with peace of mind. There are frequent power outages across the island but we got you covered. Guests have access to a 5,000+ sqft home. • You may drop off your luggage before the check-in time, however, *this needs to be arranged in advance.*
