Since it's a floating week (Sat-Sat, Sun-Sun), these are the procedures for booking: When you determine which week you would like to stay at Grand Solmar, make the online request. We will contact Grand Solmar to find if that week is available, and we let you know as soon as possible whether it is or isn't. Once you book on line and have paid VRBO, we will go ahead and book that week. Once we receive the guest transfer form from Grand Solmar, we can send it to you to fill out, or we can fill it out if you provide us your information (all names must appear as they are on your passport).
