Large studio near Paris and the Stade de France

Large cozy 30 m² studio, on the ground floor, located on a quiet residential street. Épinay-Villetaneuse train station is a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute bus ride away, allowing you to reach Paris Nord in 15 minutes and the Stade de France. The T8 tram is a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to reach the Stade de France in 30 minutes. Leclerc supermarket is a 3-minute walk away, and there are restaurants and fast food nearby. The lake and casino of Enghien-Les-Bains are 10 minutes away by car, as well as the Berges de Seine promenades. The space The studio is located on the ground floor of a house. You will have access to: >>> A living/dining area with a comfortable Rapido sofa bed that turns into a real bed with a 22 cm mattress (140 x 190 cm). A 60 cm round table, with adjustable legs for 2 people. A 42" smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, MyTF1, M6+, France TV and several other apps (personal account required, except Netflix, YouTube), there is no TNT antenna. >>> A sleeping area with a 140×200 cm double bed, a comfortable and thick 30 cm spring and memory foam mattress with a LED light headboard and integrated USB socket for charging the phone. >>> A kitchen area with various utensils for two people, a 2-burner induction plate and a recycling suction hood. A high table and two stools. >>> A shower room with a 50 L flat water heater for 2 people. A 5 kg washing machine. >>> A space in the courtyard to park your car, to be reserved before arrival. Unlocked gate. Free street parking with a few spots available. The bed linen and towels are provided as follows: Bed linen (only for the bed): 1 duvet 200 × 200 cm with duvet cover, 2 pillows with pillowcases and mattress covers, 1 fitted sheet, 1 mattress protector. For short stays: * 1 large towel 70×140 cm / person * 1 medium towel 50×100 cm / person * 1 small hand towel. Consumable: * 1 roll of toilet paper/day. * Paper towels. * Body and hair shower gel. * A laundry pod. For stays longer than 7 days, please provide your extra bed linen or request a kit for an extra fee. ⚠️ If you wish to sleep separately (one person on the bed and one person on the sofa bed), bed linen and a duvet are provided with a surcharge of €7 to be paid before arrival. All appliance manuals are under the sink cabinet. Guest access The main entrance is via a gate that opens onto the common courtyard leading to the accommodations, and there is parking for a compact car. Other things to note You have the option to sleep separately, one person on the sofa bed and one person on the bed. Please note that only 1 bed linen kit for 2 people is provided. If you want to sleep separately, you will either have to bring your bed linen or I will provide you with one for an extra €7. Please specify this by message after booking.
